Board Expenses Policy

As agreed on March 5, 2014

The Association will assist Board members with travel expenses (flights and hotel accommodation) for attending an extraordinary meeting, subject to the Chairman’s approval and where the Board has requested the Board member to attend.

An extraordinary meeting is a meeting other than an ordinary Board meeting, AGM or ICS meeting (within Europe). The Association will cover the cost of economy class flights and the hotel standard room rate. Should the Board member wish to be upgraded this can also be arranged by the BSA Secretary but any additional cost is at that Board member’s expense.

Where the Association is covering the expenses for flight & hotel, the arrangements must be made through the BSA Secretary.
